MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to be the central repository for the evolving history of the Osage Nation and to support the community's personal, educational, cultural, and professional needs.
Both in-person and virtual library visits are by appointment only. Osage Tribal Members can request an appointment by emailing @email or calling (918) 287-5537. The building side entrance will be available to Osage Nation staff members ONLY. Contact the Wahzhazhe Cultural Center staff for additional information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The goals of the library are:
- To select, maintain, and enhance the library collection that supports education about the Osage people.
- To provide professional personnel to assist with the needs of the community.
- To be an integral part of the Osage Nation protection of sovereignty.
- To facilitate all academic levels and stimulate interest and appreciation for reading and learning among the youth of the Osage and the surrounding community.
